What we keep
Your name and contact details, your audiogram and test history, and the record of what we have sold, fitted or repaired for you.
Why we keep it
So that the next appointment starts from what we already know, and so warranty claims can be settled without you having to keep paperwork.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside this centre, except where a manufacturer needs a serial number to honour a warranty claim.
