We are a hearing centre: testing, fitting, moulds, repairs and after-care all happen here. That matters more than it sounds. When the mould does not seal or the programming needs a change, you are not waiting on a third party — the person who fitted it can put it right the same week.

- A trial period, so the decision is made on how the aid sounds in your life.
- Every unit registered against its serial number for warranty.
- Six-monthly cleaning and checks included.
