Why families come to us
Qualified audiologists
Every test is run and read by a qualified audiologist, not a salesperson.
Our own lab
Moulds and repairs are made here, so turnaround is days rather than weeks.
Warranty on every serial
Each unit is registered against its serial number the day it leaves us.
After-care included
Cleaning, re-programming and checks are part of the price, not an extra.
A hearing centre, not a shop
We test, we fit, we make the moulds and we repair what we sell. Because all of that happens under one roof, nobody gets passed between suppliers when something needs adjusting.
Our audiologists see patients from first test through to the six-month check, so the person adjusting your hearing aid already knows your audiogram.

Questions we are asked often
How do I know if I need a hearing test?
If you turn the television up louder than others need, ask people to repeat themselves, or struggle to follow a conversation in a crowded room, a test is worth having. It takes about half an hour and there is nothing unpleasant about it.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome, but an appointment means the audiologist is free when you arrive and the test room is ready. You can book from this website or by phone.
How long does a hearing aid last?
Five to seven years with normal use and regular servicing. Bring it in every six months for a clean and a check and it will last the longer end of that.
Can I try a hearing aid before buying?
Yes. We fit the aid, programme it to your audiogram and let you live with it for a trial period, so the decision is made on how it sounds in your life, not in our clinic.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing faults for the period printed on your warranty card. Every unit we sell is registered against its serial number, so you do not need to keep a receipt.
Do you offer instalments?
For most hearing aids, yes. Ask at the counter and we will set out the options in writing before you commit to anything.
